Barrington Brewery, established in 1995, was the first brewery on the East Coast to install a solar panel system to supply heated water for brewing and restaurant use. Some favorite seasonal beers brewed by solar power include the New Englander, Yule Fuel, and Fresh Hop. You will also discover delicious year-round flavors such as the Ice Glen IPA, Berkshire Blonde, Hopland Pale Ale, and Black Bear Stout on tap.

Local Farm Seasonal Ingredients

Along with using solar powered water, Barrington Brewery also utilizes local ingredients. These Berkshire Mountain brewers gather seasonal ingredients from Taft Farms, Equinox Farm, Howden Farm, and Windy Hill Farm. The restaurant uses this fresh produce from these farms as well as grass-fed beef and free-range chicken. All these fresh ingredients are used to create some truly mouthwatering dishes.
