Acclaimed food historian, Francine Segan: The History of Chocolate & Candy talk & tastings plus a screening of “Like Water for Chocolate.”  It’s at the Mahaiwe Theater in Great Barrington, Sunday, August 16th, starting at 5 PM.   We’ve enjoyed Francine’s most entertaining talks, and we also love her cookbooks!  Certain to be delicious!
