The Berkshires are known for theater, art, and concerts, but now we can recommend the best frozen yogurt we’ve ever tasted. It’s Berkshire Yogurt, on Franklin Street in historic downtown Lenox, MA. It’s self-serve, so that you can fill your dish with as much or as little as you like, and it comes in fresh flavors that can be mixed. A personal favorite is the mixture of chocolate and mint. Then, you choose your toppings, and there are so many it’s hard to choose — chocolate bits, candies, fruit bits, to name a few. The dish is weighed and then charged. This is really addictive, and we can’t believe it’s low fat! Wasn’t there a Seinfeld episode about that?
