Hummingbirds Return to Brook Farm Inn

You know that spring is in full bloom and summer is not far behind when the hummingbirds return.  This morning at breakfast we had our first sighting of the year.  Linda planted some lupines in our garden earlier this spring and with our feeder, we should have lots of our tiny friends this year.  the picture posted was taken by one of our guests.  It is a red throated male hummingbird.  Many of our guest enjoy bird watching at our Lenox MA bed and breakfast  in the beatiful Berkshires.  You can find photos of the birds that visit Brook Farm Inn at on our photo gallery.
