We went for the first time last night to Cork ‘n Hearth, located in Lee just a short distance from our Lenox B&B. The restaurant has been chef owned and operated for many years by Chris and Jasmine Ryan. Chris brought us his new menu, with a special offer for our guests, so we thought it was time we tried it. The dining room has a lovely view of Laurel Lake, very romantic. Although the decor is somewhat dark and could use some updating, the food was great. We ate mushroom ravioli which was served with crispy fresh vegetables in a delicious, light sauce. The service is very friendly and prompt, and prices are moderate.
Chris gave us cards for our guests, good for complimentary desserts. In addition to the dining room, there’s a separate bar area, with a different menu for those who want just a light bite.
